"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Do you know that when you walk in, you start to feel surprised by every little thing? First, the lobby, then the reception waiting area, the restaurant, and then you enter the room. It's that HUGE room, super comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of space to store clothes. In short, it's impeccable! The service: SPECTACULAR. From the valet parking guys at the entrance, reception, and maids, everyone was very friendly and smiling, always willing to help. We arrived on a super early flight, they left the room ready and free for us to go in early, and they gave our baby a children's book. In short, treats that give a lesson to big chain hotels in terms of customer experience. My only disappointment is not being able to stay longer in the city to enjoy more and make the most of the hotel."
