"The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. "

"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

"The management could not have been more accommodating…however, Natalie and Jada were excellent…They provided an outstanding degree of customer service, the best I have experienced in a VERY long time. I have to commend them both on their outgoing ,upbeat personalities …always smiling .always helpful, they are ,outstanding employees in my opinion…and should be valued as such!"
