The room was clean and nice. The hotel location was convenient. However, the parking situation was poor. The front parking was completely full and the back parking area was dark, deserted and a long way from the front desk. The television in the room was old and did not function properly. The hotel had a bar but no liquor license.

Room was a good size. Staff was friendly. Did not like that there wasn’t any transportation to the theme park. Guests are not encouraged to walk across major streets.

The hotel is very nice. Microwaves on the room would be helpful. A shuttle to Seseme place would be useful since the walk there is quite unsafe and a simple continental breakfast would be nice.

Stayed here for two nights while I took the kids to Sesame Street Place. The hotel was very helpful in getting me conjoining rooms which made taking care of my four kids that much easier. The indoor pool was nice way to cap off a long day at the park and my kids burnt off any remaining energy they had. Facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the park as well.

Very comfortable stay. The bed was AMAZING! This hotel is popular among Sesame Place tourists, but they’ll do their best to put you in a room further away from the kids if you want a quiet stay. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The particular man (didn’t catch his name, but he has a beard) that assisted us went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of towels and toiletries are supplied in the bathrooms like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make up wipes, and body lotion - and the bedding is super cozy. Fridge and nice size TV in the rooms also. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to the area.

Indoor pool was just what we needed after hot day at Sesame Place. Great they already had pool noodles and balls in the pool to play with. Parking lot was looking kind of rough...light pole down...big pot hole...unclear in and out lane info. (could be painted). Also unclear if it was Sheraton (on the outside) or Marriott Bonvoy (on the inside) or both? Bed was big and cozy. Not a lot of tv channels, poor tv quality, and poor water pressure. Can't beat how close to Sesame Place it was. Front desk very nice and helpful. We forgot a few things so nice to be so close to shopping.

All the staff were amazing, helpful & very friendly, the hotel itself is very outdated & in my opinion a microwave is needed in the room or at least on each floor & ice! Also the Tv’s are awful not smart tv’s but also the reception was awful on most channels & lastly the smell of marijuana everyday was very strong, they were either smoking right in front of the hotel or on the floor it was very strong

The pool was very cold, the ac was on blast and the area was super slippery and wet. The room refrigerator had a very loud screeching sound that was on and off throughout the night. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating though as well as the staff in the dining area for breakfast.

Great location for sesame place. I paid extra money for buffet breakfast, however, upon arrival it turned out that I had to order from the menu for that specific $ amount that I had paid. Also staff was really slow for the breakfast! Leaving breakfast aside perfect location and great room
