"The breakfast options were not great. The hot egg-like options did not look appetizing nor the sausages. Fresh berries would be nice. The biscuits were hard. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. "

"Really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to around downtown Portsmouth. Also, my room was just what I needed for a few days away from it all. Definitely going back. The common rooms look inviting for a winter's getaway."

"Parking was across the street, easy access. Restaurant and bar were not open. Bummer. Overall for the price it was good. Indoor pool was open but had to travel through renovations. "
