「Beautiful property in walking distance to everything downtown Royal Oak has to offer. Was very impressed with the breakfast and how well maintained the property was!」

「Nice staff and newly renovated rooms. The rooms are generally clean but some corners in the room are not vacuumed properly and the shower glass door had few streaks on it.」

「rugs in the room was dirty and torn, door to deck couldn't be opened, rug in atrium dirty and torn in multiple spots. Multiple front desk people exhibited an attitude. We 100% left prescription glasses in the room. I called and was told "well I don't know how we'd ge them to you". Then the curt attitude continued and I was told we just don't have them. I know for certain that they were left. That attitude was consistent with the overall attitude and vibe I felt. I will definitely never stay...

「This property does not offer a free breakfast, but they have a restaurant that serves breakfast. The gyro meat/egg burrito was excellent. This property has a very nice pool and a bar that serves after 4PM. Fogo de Chao is also within a very short walk and service there was much better than the reviews I read on line for this restaurant. We went on a Thursday night and there was a small crowd.」
