「满意」

「我們早上十點抵達飯店而櫃檯服務人員也讓我們check in，心想真是遇到好人了。傍晚的時候在床上發現有臭蟲（bed bug）我們要求換房間，他們也馬上換給我們，但幾天下來換了四間房間我的手腳背後臉上被臭蟲咬得很嚴重也投訴很多次，但每次的回應都只是會向管理層反應。第三晚我們的導遊找了經理理論後他們決定少收一晚的房錢、贈送早餐券及水果拼盤做為賠償，經理Mr Patrick也親自上來向我們道歉。現在我的身上留下很多蟲咬的疤痕，請Harbour View Hotel正視臭蟲bed bug這個問題。Please take this seriously.」

「櫃檯小姐很熱心提供吹風機,清潔人員服務很好,但隔天的男櫃檯人員會說中文卻還是用英文回答⋯因為本人的英文不是很好,讓我很尷尬的想怎麼用英文回覆⋯」

「客房舒适，厕所蛮清洁的完全无异味。但房间书桌的椅子皮革都剥落了，坐的不舒服。 服务员态度不错 酒店的Wifi很差，有时候完全不能上网。 酒店位置清净，但无太多的饮食地点。建议打德士出去shopping或逛逛。」

「We booked a family room and on arrival, there was no room available as another guest had extended his stay. Staff were very helpful and we were put in a small windowless room. The aircon worked well but the room could have done with a clean. We were moved to another room the next morning only after I insisted that I wanted a room I had seen vacant. It was less than I had paid for but seemed okay. However, on closer inspection once inside the room, the toilet had a leak. They came in to fix...
