Great breakfast options for the price. They stocked up water bottles and towels on our 2nd day which was nice. The only unpleasant thing was the water pressure is quite low.

ロビーは綺麗だが、部屋は古く、スリッパやアメニティはほとんどない。シーツに血のシミがついていた。 角部屋にして下さったので、窓からの眺めは良い。 Wi-Fiが非常に弱く、すぐオフラインになる。とても困る。 フロントの女性が日本語がとても上手！ イオンモールも近く、歩いていける。 朝食の種類は非常に少なく、ライスすらない（麺類、パンのみ）。期待しない方が良い。 部屋と朝食のクオリティはあまり良くないし、コストパフォーマンスも別に良くない。

Noise from the road.

Unable to sleep during the first night as it was too noisy from the vehicle on the main road. The drain for the shower area was choked #06-01 n the floor was oily... open concept wardrobe... No slipper or toothbrush n paste provided. The staffs there were friendly n helpful during check in n out. Breakfast provided on the 7th floor was simple n the view in the restaurant is a plus point. Good amount parking lots avail. Overall the place is acceptable and affordable for a lone traveler but I would prefer a better place if I travel w my family.

Good Location

Next to Sunny Hill Ice Cream. Easy to find local food from the same block of shop building. Near to Aeon Mall, Timberland hospital, 3rd Mile Market.

Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another room. So far, for the next 4 days, everything seems good, BUT..till the last 2 days, i again suddenly find 4-5ants on my bed blanket again.. To be honest, as a customer, "Tidness" should put the 1st priority while considering the choice of hotel.

the good: convenient, 1 king bed + 1 single bed a plus, staffs very friendly, very near to SUnnyhill Ice-cream and 3rd mile plaza and shops and Aeon Mall. the bad: no washing of used cup, forgot to provide 3 face towers on the 2nd day and despite informing 2 times still delivering late; breakfast served not tasty (kueh tiaw rather salty) with little choice. management shd come up with proper SOP on how to provide satisfactory service, clearly spells out what must be done and to what extend it must be carried out.
