「The first thing you should know about this property is that although Expedia *will* include it when you have the "hotels only" filter on during property searches, it is technically a motel. 「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「I showed up and was given a standard room when I purchased a suite. Went down once we found a working elevator and was told our room was overbooked. Put into another room for the night which consisted of a jackhammer for 24 hours until we moved again and then jack hammers for about 12 hours out of the day. Was promised a comped night stay, no resort fees or parking. I have not received anything, they couldn’t even give me a guarantee it would happen when I checked out. I will never stay there...
