「Nice stay on our way to Florida. 」

「The room was clean and check in was fairly smooth, but I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be accommodated, but when I returned to gather items and breast milk that I had left in the freezer to keep, I was locked out and my room had already been cleaned out and my items removed. I had to hunt them down from housekeeping and ask them about what time they had taken them to try and ensure the safety of the milk. 「Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. 」

「Reception was very friendly, especially the early morning shift 5 am guy, the room was very clean, comfortable, quiet even just beside the hospital.」

「It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! 」
