"Our stay was good, the entire staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was showing some age. It’s a good city in a good location, close to the city of Milwaukee if you have an event downtown. Having Champs connected to the hotel was nice as well. Would stay there again."

"Nice room set up. Very clean. Good bathroom. Too loud next to the interstate which was on our side of the building. Surprising since this is not an old building. Staff really nice and helpful. Would stay again, but only on the other side of the facility."

"The floor carpet was a little bit dirty i only slept in room. Was out for the majority of the time so im sure this was nothing to do with me. They could of done a better job and some of the shelves were dusty. Other than that it was good. As management from a different corporation i rate it a 8"

"I like the convenience of this place. The staff is always friendly. We have noticed it is less tidy than Han it used to be; some trash in the elevator, and the hot tub was very cloudy, the jets don’t work. When we were in the pool area someone came and just poured some chemical in it. I’ve owned a hot tub and I know it should be tested and the chlorine should be measured. The chlorine also should be agitated in the tub-working jets would help-to be most effective. I would think with a heavy...
