For a new hotel the staff was great however amenities were not available. Curtain was hanging off the rod when I arrived in my room. There was scraps of toilet paper and Bobby pins on the floor under the sink in the bathroom.

Room for improvement!

Really beautiful new hotel, however got there at 310 to check in. No rooms available alright check in time is 4pm so we left and came back at 4. Still no room available, they did offer a snack from there little cafe but hard to entertain the kids that one. Finally around 445 and I watching 20 other people check it and went back up there to see if our room was ready. But still wasn’t ready , I asked if i needed a refund so I could book at a different hotel? But they then called house keeping to put a rush on it so close to 5 we finally got room. Very poor start to our stay. Also in the room the fire alarm flashes a light all night long which can affect sleep. With being new hopefully they work out the issues.
