「Did not eat breakfast 」

「First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order. 「Belle hôtel propre et moderne, bel offre de services tel bar et déjeuner.. dans la chambre il y avait un lit et bol pour notre petit chien .. attention appréciée! Le seul hic a été le système informatique qui ne collaborait pas à l’enregistrement et à la sortie .. mais ce fut corrigé et j’ai reçu un courriel de la réception à cet effet … je recommande !!」

「房間老舊，地毯髒。我的房間滿是煙味，跟櫃台反應，只派人來噴一噴。沒什麼用，在這裡忍受了兩天，是我這幾年來最差的一次住宿經驗。」

「Disappointed in my stay here. Was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to some kind of water pipe issue in the corner of our room. Staff was of no help and had no sympathy. Air Conditioning unit in the room was awful. Set to 68 yet woke up sweating. Staff also advertised the continental breakfast to us on our arrival and when we went to enjoy it in the morning, we were told we “weren’t on the list”. $200/night for no breakfast and a crappy night’s sleep.
