「I had stayed here a few times before and was always pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my last stay was very disappointing. My son and I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I immediately reached out to management to report the issue, but I never received a response. I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and...

「We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...
