「Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit all of the outer banks. It's right in the middle. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to the sand dunes. Close to all the Duck shops in the other direction. Close to the Wright Brothers memorial if you like history. Activities on sight and everywhere around. Things to do inside if it rains.」

「Returned 40 years later from our 1st stay, when it was in its original ocean front location, to this 2025 stay. Classic, historic, dedicated beach access, lovely grounds, lush landscaping and gardens, and a great vibe. Rocking chairs and porch swings harken back to the good ‘ol days. Wonderful breakfasts by Chef Georgia, with eclectic culinary creations. Just love this ‘old woodie’ hotel in the original classic OBX architectural style.」

「Nice, quiet get away with nice water views from private balcony. Owners are friendly and informative. Great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle!」

「I really enjoyed our stay here. We were the only guests that night. The only thing I didn't like was the Deckside room has a nice jetted tub which makes for a really bad shower. Water runs around the edge of the tub and onto the floor. I didn't like mopping the floor. The room is beautiful and the house is charming. The breakfast was fine and the proximity to the beach and the pier was wonderful. I would stay again.」

「This was the perfect quiet getaway. It was just me, my wife, and our 15 year old daughter. The cottage had plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook anything you need. There are beaches everywhere and plenty of shopping and food options. 」

「Our stay at Beach Rd Bed and Breakfast was amazing! The house is perfectly located across from the beach which provided amazing sunrise and sunset views! The Corolla room had a perfect private balcony and was the best spot for a short beach trip with my dog. The owners left out snacks for breakfast and happy hour which was the sweetest touch! A 10/10 experience!! 」
