「After the first night, the room was not made up even at 7 pm. Then, I was moved to another room. There was assistance with moving luggage to another room. After the second night, the room was not made up again. After making several complaint calls, the room was cleaned at 8 pm.」

「The smoking area is in the parking lot at the entrance where traffic is going in and out while the bar has an enclosed outside area that has plenty of space for people to smoke while they have cocktails and it's guarded by a perimeter to protect you from the incoming and outgoing traffic.」
