"The best of this hotel was their staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the cooks and bar staff (Aly is the best), they collectively help to overlook the desperate need to upgrade their rooms and amenities. Not that the amenities were bad, just outdated. Shower, AC, TV and microwave definitely need updating. Nonetheless I would book again purely on the staff and views. Cool pool area as well that our kiddos enjoyed!"
