「Everything was clean and staff was great」

「We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment」

「Overall great. There was hair in the shower when I arrived and room service took over 30 minutes to bring my requested items. Although true, the staff was amazing! I’d give them a second try.」
