「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」

「This hotel has it all..beautiful clean rooms,a spa like atmosphere..with a pool kept impeccably clean by Peter snd his team..contentious caring management team including Diane Kayla and Christene...led by Manager Senka Thompson...they treat you like family and learn to know their guests needs and wants. Tge hiusekeeping staff is friendly and contientious of their duties. I just spent 8 days their and felt lije i was on an Island resort. The hotel has a bar restraunt on the facility called Vans...
