"I could not check in on time because the key card system did not work. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. When i returned later, I was taken to my room and let in. I did not get a key until the second day. I had to be escorted to my room any time that I left.
The television and internet went in and out sporadically throughout the stay.
And there was NO HOT WATER in the morning for a shower! I was told that it was out for the whole hotel."
