Our first room hadn’t been clean and we had to get another. HVAC and mini-fridge both loud all night long. Woken up twice by outside noise and yelling. We didn’t expect much, but for $200 a night we expected clean and quiet. We were disappointed.

Room was dirty. Beds had hair in them. Sink had a board leaning up against it. The mirror was crooked in the wall. The bathroom had some kind of fluid on the tiles (brown). The shower door was broken in half so couldn’t use. No breakfast as it said. Expedia listed it as 222.00 a night but I got it for 110.00 which was still higher than the other website. Definitely not worth 20 bucks let alone over 100. Also very noisy. Whoever was above is was very loud.

This is my third or fourth night staying here in a couple of months. Generally it’s fine for the money. Bare bones. Nice beds. Comfortable. But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning.

If you want a basic, clean room for a great price relative to other places to stay in Norwalk, Ct. this is the place. If you want luxury, this ain't the place. It's a throw back to the old motels in which all room doors open to the outside. It's only two stories, so you're always exposed to the parking lot, but I didn't hear much noise when I stayed, although I did check in at 10pm and left at 7:45am.

Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property

Was decent but the Tv kept glitching like crazy, couldn't get hot water in the sink and the shower took forever to heat up, but the rooms were cleaned quite well, and always seemed to get extra towels.

They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night stay please.
