"We stayed on the 23rd floor and the room was nice and cozy with a nice view. The front desk was helpful and quick with check in and check out. The rooms could use a little bit of updating they are a little bit older and the bathroom was on the smaller side but overall I would stay again! It was a very nice stay with lots of things within walking distance and lots of things that are a quick Uber ride away! Definitely recommend "

"My husband and I booked a King room for our 19th anniversary. We got to town earlier than check in time and they offered to keep our bags for us until check in which was great. We were able to walk most the way to the pier which is about 1.7miles from the hotel there are also several Divvy bike ports around. Food options are everywhere near the hotel as well. When ready to check in we were greeted by the "doorcierge" Jerome and boy was he off the hook awesome... He upgraded our room to a suite...

"The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!"

"The staff was so polite and very friendly and beyond helpful for whatever was needed. Besides the light keeps blinking above the sink when it’s on. Also I’m just going to say hopefully they can improve in a better plumbing system but besides them things everything else was fine. I would definitely come back! "

"My view was a block of building ! Not happy at all! When I got the hotel , the app said FREE PARKING! I got into the hotel , find out parking wasn’t free ! I paid over 150 in parking spot! The receptionist told me; Sr, nothing is free! I didn’t like that part at all"
