"We stay here every year with for our beach vacay, its always excellent. The people at the front desk were really sweet. The pool was heated and clean. Nice family activities at the pool. The indoor pool is closed but still ot was nice. Very clean in our room but you can tell the buildings are starting to look old. The art pieces in the room were piled with dust and the toilet has a permanent bad smell to it. Not really a big deal we weren't in our room that much anyway. 4 out of 5 stars"

"The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The cons were the 20 dollar per night fee to park across the street in a cramped and smelly parking garage. Also there was an issue with the toilet that was quickly resolved but only temporarily worked and the room was very stuffy at times. Overall the execellent service from the staff made it a great trip."

"We only stayed here for one night. The hotel is beginning to show its age a little bit. However, the check-in staff was extremely friendly. The view on the ocean front side is beautiful and overall we had a good stay. Location is great. It’s right on the south end of the strip. So it’s close enough to walk and get to everything but it’s not where all of the people are hanging out all night. "

"We enjoyed our mini vacation. Resort is in a great quite location. Staff very friendly and courteous. Parking was NO hassle, like a lot of locations. Room was very clean. Loved the patio with oceanfront view. Beds were comfortable. Sheets could have been a better fit. Lol. Pool was a good size."

"I used to stay at the Dunes when I was a child. The last time I stayed there was in April 99. The property has made many great improvements since then. As an adult now, I enjoyed how big the rooms were, the location of the hotel and the how beautiful the beach is. I would and have recommended this place to others. I plan to return next year and moving forward will more than likely make this an annual trip."

"Second time staying, pricing is in line with what you get. Building is dated, furniture in the room shows a lot of wear. Bathroom dated but great water pressure. Easy access to the beach, lots of outdoor and indoor pool options. There is a convenience store across the street which is nice since there isn’t a restaurant or bar on the property. Overall, you get what you pay for, no frills but it’s safe and cleaner than a lot of other places. "
