「Came for work & have been before many times over past 30yrs. It’s holding up! Spa area has been updated. Good food/drink options. Sadly they removed hot tub from locker room area. 」

「It’s not worth the resort fee during winter or really any time the pools, golf courses and tennis courts aren’t available. They shouldn’t charge in winter. 」

「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」
