「Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent! There are two staff that went above and beyond. I want to recognize them as a testment to how well management really cares about having the best staff First, Stacy a server at the Waterfront restaurant gave the most excellent service I ever had. 「Amazing location and waterpark. Rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious space for the three of us. The waterpark was amazing and not too busy. I liked the fact that you can’t get day passes for the waterpark like a lot of the other waterpark/hotels do now.」

The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」
