「Our check-in was easy and very pleasant. Our room was perfect. However, the smell of the dumpster was very overpowering. I didn’t find some of the cleaning staff to be friendly. Our breakfast at the saltwater Café was delicious and location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We are regular travelers to BI and have always loved the Surf Hotel (BI BH) but never stayed until this time. Everything about the service exceeded expectations. Our room was ready, the online check in expedited our process. 「Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor.
