「I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. If you want to spend under $100 a night for a hotel room, you get what you pay for. They really need to work on overall cleanliness. 「Negatives: This sounds like it was outdated for decades and then instead of renovating, someone bought it in a cheap price and tried to use it as it is. The AC was extremely noisy. The toilet fixtures have rusty, the coffee maker was very dirty and not usable, the fitness center AC was off and locked, from 4 tools in fitness center, 3 of them were broken and one worked partially.
