「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Staff was amazing, rooms were exceptionally clean and large. Spaces were large and homey and it was quiet. I was able to get a room last minute when my flight was cancelled and the shuttle was great. 」

「Perfect location. Beautiful rooms, and comfortable. Loved being able to connect to my Netflix so we could watch a movie in bed. One weird thing about the rooms was there was no microwave. They had called before and asked if we needed one and I said yes, but it wasn’t in the room. The trash also hadn’t been emptied prior to our stay. If you want to check in early, they charge $80. Which was a hassle because check in was super late, 4pm. I’ve never had a hotel charge this much for a room that was...

「The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice - the woman making omelets each morning was friendly and efficient. The staff at checkin were friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was our favorite during our travels between location, room, and breakfast. 」

「We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We did enjoy the free breakfast that the hotel offered. The interior was clean and comfortable. The exterior needs some work. Both the elevator and pool were closed as they both required repairs. The hotel's real benefit was its location. It was easy to drive into downtown Denver or go the other way into the mountains. 」
