「The staff was rude and didn’t recognize my Ada service animals as service animals and made me pay per fees. She was so rude i wouldnt even hire her for a position dealing with customer. She should be in a position where she is as far away from customers as possible!! The room also was nasty and smelled and wasn’t clean. 」

「Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available.
