The property is clean and quiet. Our only issue was being double charged. We paid on the expedia ap and then were also charged by the hotel when we did the online checkin. Plus our deposit was not done as a "hold" it actially was processed as a charge - so we did not get that back at check out. So dont check in online unless you want to pay twice and go through the hassle of figuring out how to get your refunds.

The Good: Excellent and easily accessible location throughout the Denver Metro area and a great starting point to the west (mountains), north (Fort Collin’s/Wyoming), South (Denver/south), or east (Plains). The motel is just off I-25 and is across the street from a major RTD bus stop called Wagon Road. You can take an express bus downtown or even to the airport from here. Lots of places to eat or get a drink and a few miles from grocery stores. Very friendly staff. And you can’t beat the price! The Bad: It’s definitely run down and you need to be aware of your surroundings at night. It’s not a dangerous location by any means, but also not the safest. Additionally, Mohammed, GM, and his team/vendors/Wyndham are in the process of slowly upgrading the place and it should pay dividends when all is said and done. Overall, if you're looking for a budget friendly, easily accessible by car, public transportation, or ride-share services, and just need a place to lay you and your family’s head out night whilst visiting Denver/friends/family, I recommend booking your stay now!

On the first night, I was given a small room where the desk light didn't work. Since it was late, I didn't want to bother the staff. The next day, I asked for help; however, even though I only wanted a working light, they refused several times. When I eventually asked to check out and get a refund for the remaining days, they finally moved me to a new room. In general, the location is good and very convenient

Great and convenient location with stores, restaurants, a new recreation center, I-25, and a main road and bus stop station right at your fingertips. The hotel king room is spacious and the rates are very reasonable. The motel could use an entire makeover but the staff is friendly and helpful.
