"Restaurant was closed, website should have reflected- that’s the only reason we chose to stay- The facility was very run down and need of lots of repairs. Tried to get a couple of coffee for the road and after 15 minutes gave up and left after the one lady working was extremely slow and only able to help one at a time?? Cooking and all? Front desk in evening and am were super friendly. "

"The staff was amazing!! We had a tough time getting in from the airport, not their fault, I asked if we could check in early and they easily accommodated the request. I asked about any additional charge and was told that if it’s available, there isn’t any; they would rather have happy guests. That set our vacation back into the right path and we knew we would be taken care of from that point forward. We were offered warm cookies (yay for Double Tree experiences) and headed off with our room cards and a nice quiet room. Megan did an amazing job. The restaurant on property provided great breakfast buffet options and a very respectable dinner experience as well. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here then avoid room 118. It is located next to the swimming pool where loud music is played on the hotel speakers 24 hours/day. Unfortunately, we could hear this music inside our room which made it very difficult to sleep. Online reviews show this issue occurred as far back as 2019 and is still occurring 7 years later. We brought this up with the front desk and we were referred to the manager who was never available and has not responded."

"Great location. Staff was great. Next to us it felt like one of the staff members had friends staying there. We saw the evening desk worker hanging out with them during the evening before his shift. They were loud but quieted down when we contacted the front desk. Other than that, great place, pool is heated and year round so our daughter loved it. Bar is awesome. The game room is also great. "
