「We booked this hotel for June 4-8, 2026 and after 1 night stay found our room was heavily infested with bedbugs. My daughter ended up having 38 bites. The receptionist who was working was very kind and helpful. At first the manager was also helpful. He said he would refund us for our stay and we left the hotel after 1 night. Once we returned home I called and the manager refused to refund our entire stay. He said we needed to pay for the night we were there. He also told me I would be banned...

「Hotel was ok but not too comfortable, the bed was small for a queen seemed like a full size. It was on a metal base with no boxspring so not comfortable at all. Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again.」

「The hotel is nice centrally located which was really nice however the staff was not only one time we were greeted at the door and that was the morning that we were checking out after we were there for an entire week. My only complaint would be that our shower dripped the entire time.」

「The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.」
