「Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

「They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it....

「First off when we arrived after 11 PM pulled into the parking lot and noticed broken down cars and homeless persons sitting in a lot. I went inside to check in. I could not hear the attendant through the plastic or glass shield that was supposedly protecting the attendant.
