I can't say enough about this place...from the friendliness of the staff, to the accommodations... to the wonderfully relaxing salt water pool, to the very inviting deck that we ate our meals at watching the plethora of Elk passing by....I am saying about 60 of them...to the proximity to the RMNP...to the amazingly delicious and healthy breakfast options they provide!! I give them a 10 out of 5 stars!!! I also appreciate their candor...admitting they are a work in progress...but as far as I can see they exceeded my expectations and if Tripp didn't tell me they are a work in progress I would have never known!!! Kudos to y'all and I wish you great success in the future

There was parking lot demolition/construction that limited parking spots; the balcony lightbulb did not work; the bathroom and toilet were very small; there were stains of splashed and dried liquid on the walls; the bathroom had areas of visible mold; the elevator does not arrive at the top floor where our room was; the breakfast was nice and there was a fireplace in the lobby; the location is conveniently near downtown Estes Park and Lake Estes.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rocky Mountain National Park (15mins). The hotel has great amenities like a game room, pool and grills outside to use. Also a great breakfast included. Only thing is the walls are a bit thin but honestly it didn’t bother us much, but maybe our neighbors minded us. The scenery from the hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Great place for relaxing from city life. Excellent Elk viewing as they cross the property just before sunset in a heard of about 100. Mating calls for the Fall season was clearly heard.

The room was clean and well maintained, breakfast had lots of options, and the hotel was quiet with comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly. Being on a hill, most rooms have steps to them even if you’re taking an elevator - we were on the second floor, took the elevator up and had to go back down two sets of stairs (about one full floor) to get to our room. Be aware when booking that you should call and confirm your room is accessible if you require it.

Nice Hotel, very friendly staff. Had a front Balcony with a spectacular view of mountains. Nice amenities, game room, large indoor pool, laundromat and large breakfast room. If looking for traditional breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes this is not it. There were fruits, cereals, breads, waffles heated in toaster, boiled eggs and assorted condiments and a elk soup that was pretty good. We had wildlife like elk roaming outside Hotel with everyone taking pictures.

Ok room for what we needed. Front desk clerk told us to knock on our room before we entered it, which seemed kind of sketchy. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Friendly staff but the rooms are a disaster. We had to get a refund & find somewhere else to stay. They even admitted that some of their rooms need work & for some reason we were place in one 2 times in just one night

Front desk staff are very helpful and available at all times. Breakfast is free every morning but it’s different than the usual breakfast at other hotels. They make elk jerky soup-very good. Deviled egg bar(deviled egg base with aDr ons for your deviled eggs) and oatmeal bar. They do have toast, english muffins, and cereal. Great stay. Just wish my room would’ve been given more towels and beds remade- do not disturb sign was not on door. They don’t stop in one time and the latest we left of the four days we stayed was 10am. Beautiful views and saw elk on the parking lot during the rut and they were bugeling. Very cool to see!
