"Really loved the quality this hotel offers: nice sheets, glassware and ceramic coffee mugs, lovely furnishings and delightfully quirky decor throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, in 3 nights didn’t get a single good night’s sleep due to noise that ear plugs could not shut out. The first morning at 4:30 am was powerwashing outside. The second was an irregular rattling and loud maids in the morning; the third night was a rolling sound and rattle again. Again loud maids around 7 am. No blackout...

"The room was amazing! It had a kitchenette fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. It was a very large room with 2 beds and a couch. We were on the 4th floor-view was great. Bathroom was great. Staff was super friendly and check on our stay every day. Nice breakfast every morning."

"My absolute favorite hotel in ft Collins !! Price location, room and size of rooms, hot tub.. etc.. easy walking to I believe four different restaurants in same basic parking lot. Plus bunch more within five drive GM Joel is absolutely fantastic "
