There was a surprise fee of 41.00 nobody told me about, they just charged it to my card and said I should have been told about it. This is very poor service, seems like they just charged my card because they could and said oh well, too bad. I won’t go back

Overall stay was not very good , hotel is not peaceful at all . There are a lot of traffic noises all night . You can hardly sleep there, room towels were not in very good conditions . Breakfast was terrible they did not even serve regular breads , no fruits . There are hardly any choices for breakfast. The location of this hotel is not good it’s surrounded by all the roads and you won’t get parking near the hotel which is very uncomfortable to move your luggage .

They charged me a "foundry fee" without advance warning. $13.69 per day. No one at the desk knew what it was for, just knew I couldn't receive a refund for it. Isn't that illegal? "Accidentally" charged me $5 per day for parking a car I didn't have or need. (Had my brother, 2 sons in law, and ex son in law, 5 grandsons, 1 ex grandson in law, 2 granddaughters, and I grandson in law all staying there or within a couple blocks of there, all with cars and drivers licenses to take me anywhere I needed to be). Also charged me for food I "bought" at their store I wasn't ever told about. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott again. Don't care to stay at a hotel that steals from senior citizens.

I honestly, had a good time there @ The Home Towne Studios by the Marriot. It, was a great experience, once again. I used to live, there whenever there was a flood in 2013, on the Big Thompson River. I absolutely, love it there.
