「Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a...

「Had strong odor of cigarettes although non smoking My clothes and clothes. The wort part is was that I was attending a week long work conference that week and had to go everyday smelling this way.」

「Only issue was the garbage disposal was locked up. Couldn’t run it to clear out whatever was in there. Odor was bad. Had to keep the drain cover on to keep the stink out of the room. Also, there was a problem with the parking lot arms. They never worked consistently either going in or out. They must get that fixed!」

「Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.」
