「It's a nice place and the surroundings are peaceful and safe there. But there is only one staff at that day and all the service need to wait a little longer than expected. But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「We had issues checking in. The floor in the rooms were dirty. The pool was horrendous and my kids were so disappointed they could not swim. A group of people came in and had a party with loud voices, fighting and screaming from 2:30AM to 6:30AM. It scared us and fortunately our kids slept through it. I did not. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed.
