「Excellent room and services」

「Room was ok for for stay but water was cold for the shower. Reported twice, but unfortunately no change in the water temperature. Breakfast room was busy & food items not replaced as required.」

「We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!」

「Great location with cozy unique rooms!」

「The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.」

「Cozy lodge environment with modern clean rooms. Restaurant was great with awesome staff (understaffed though) and great service. Bar and restaurant close VERY early though. Not much space to relax by the water either. But all in all, great place - will definitely return.」

「Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Popcorn bar and breakfast items were nice perks, as well as the parking garage. Great location for accessing the Lakewalk and bike trails.」

「Clean rooms」

「Well, it was clean and I’d probably stay there again. The room was spacious and the amenities were nice, but the free water next to the ice stations were cloudy and stayed that way.. so I had to purchase a bottle of water from the front desk which was airport priced ($4 for 16oz). On top of that, half of the TV channels didn’t work. I couldn’t get YouTube (which is advertised on their TV) to work. And the final part was that someone was able to walk into my room with their keycard. When I...

「2 story hotel but no elevator. Was told they only had a king room available on 2nd floor. A few steps (actually 13 to 15) wasn't bad. Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We didn't use the pool or fitness room so I can't say anything about those.」
