「The sheet is too dirty 」

「Parents night out for dinner, drinks, and fun. Quick and seamless valet and check in. The hotel is clean from top to bottom. Zero complaints. Very satisfied. 」

「They haven't remodeled to supply easy access outlets by the bed. Need to reach down and under the wall mounted bedside shelf. The outlets are partially behind the shelf. So when you have multiple things to plug in by the bed its difficult. 」

「Pick this establishment because of the restaurant and bar on premises...upon check in desk clerk was friendly explained bar would open at 5 pm. Went to check out our room, get our overnight bag andcheck out pool. 6 pm no bartender. At 7 pm a sign was finally placed on bar stating both bar and restaurant were closed for day. Room was spacious with plenty of places to plug-in electronics. Very nice rolling table for whatever need.」

「Mattresses are a little too firm. Need better soap and shampoo. Need dispensers in shower instead of just bottles. 」

「The service at the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were great with the small kitchens, and well equipped. There is also lots of amenities around (gas station, restaurants, etc.) 」

「We stayed for a weekend of basketball for my son. There was a lady that helped out for breakfast each morning who was so wonderful! She made our stay!!」

「We stayed here six years ago, when we moved to Lexington. Since our son came to stay, we recommended this hotel. Everything was fine, but I was really surprised when he said the continental breakfast was no longer included with the room. Your rates have gone up, so I'm sure your expenses are covered. Just a little disappointing. 」
