「Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.」

「There was a cockroach on the floor. There was no iron to iron the clothes. They told us we could check in early but when we got to the property they said we couldn’t. And because we had just came from a 9hr road trip it inconvenience us. I will never book again!」

「I arrived at 12:15 am to check in. No one was there!!!! I called the telephone # 5 times and no one answered!!! I had already paid for the room on line so I asked a lady where the desk clerk was. She said she may be in the restroom. I continued to wait and 30 minutes passed no desk clerk. The manager of the Red Roof told another employee to check me in after 45 minutes had passed.
