Very basic. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Exterior and parking were very run down. My room was close to Mexican restaurant and smells were drawn into room. The noise from the nearby road and highway was very load all night. I tried to get a different room but was told it wouldn’t be that noisy. It was very good location to downtown and horse park.

I was expecting a handicap accessible room. The entrance was fine, but there were no grab bars in the shower/tub. Other than that, it was a very nice, clean room.

A/c worked good. For a red roof it was pretty nice. The only bad thing is all they offered was coffee for breakfast. I feel for.what we paid they should have offered more than coffee.

Our room was clean and updated. I looked at a lot of Lexington hotels and so many had bad reviews, cancelled our reservations at motel 6, thankfully, and booked here. For a reasonable price you get a reasonable stay! I liked having our own entrance to the room and dogs were welcome.
