「Very nice, great breakfast」

「The property was just as described! Great glamping experience and minutes away from athe Ark Encounter! Host was very easy to communicate with. Bath house was very clean! Really liked that they had towels, rags, and bath mats you could use. Would definitely visit again in the future!」

「There was electrical tape holding the thermostat in the room in place and the tub faucet was loose at the base from the wall of the shower. Both were fully functional but could not have been missed by housekeeping or any inspection at all. The luggage cart we used had a wheel loose. 5 star experience if these minor repairs were attended to.」

「They were under construction. The part that was finished was nice. The amenities were not available. You had to go to the hotel across the parking lot to use the amenities. Breakfast was really good. Had a nice area outside furniture with a fire pit. The side door was not locked the whole time which we felt could be a security concern.」

「I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip.」

「This road side very old motel in our opinion was not at all as advertised. And for Expeidia to have it listed is not acceptable. After deciding to not stay I've been charged $103.05 fee I would not have spent 2 nights there if they paid us! This needs to be resolved」

「Everything smell bad, staff gave us a dirty room that was fron another guest and had to change it. Dirty towels. Every single day of my stay the Lobby had a different smell and not good one either. Every room says "No Smoking" but everything smell like tobacco and maryjane. But over all the coffee was good.」
