「Friendly Clean」

「great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay.」

「there was a water break prior to our arrival. water came back on - but there was a boil order, no drinking order by the town - nobody at the hotel informed us of it. Great - since I brushed my teeth with it. Terrible communication. Room had a funky smell and a very loud AC - not enjoyable. Room really needs to be updated. Breakfast area was a joke - only a few tables. and then there a group playing cards as we stood for our breakfast. Not a good representation for abvi. Is that a 2-star?」

「The room was clean, staff was great. Seemed to be a shortage in parking, as we struggled to find a spot if we came in after dinner. The indoor pool was COLD, the room it was in was COLD. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. We got in in the evening and was woken up at 4:25 for a tornado. Not the hotel's fault but I think it would have been something to let us know the procedure. We're from the south and we get tornados but aren't able to do anything about them so...

「On the 2 nights we stayed there a bad storm came through and the power was out for the duration of time we were there. Fortunately, There was a back up generator which kicked on immediately, but the problem was we had no cell service or computer service for the entire 2 days and nights. We were there to attend shows in Branson where the rest of our group were staying. Unfortunately since we could not communicate by email or cell phone to connect with our friends, we had no choice but to go on...

「Place was a dump. My room looked like it had been previously broken into. The deadbolt was one that was added on & was difficult to work. The floors were filthy, with hair & dirt everywhere. I didn't ever touch the floor with my bare feet.」

「This road side very old motel in our opinion was not at all as advertised. And for Expeidia to have it listed is not acceptable. After deciding to not stay I've been charged $103.05 fee I would not have spent 2 nights there if they paid us! This needs to be resolved」
