「Friendly Clean」

「great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay.」

「Air-conditioning and room did not work. Apparently it was repaired two days before? Was moved to a different room finally very late with two young children. Had to sleep on a cot/couch. Manager was extremely rude, and embarrassed my wife in front of a whole room full of people including our grandchildren in the morning and no compensation was given. This hotel is strategically located at the Ark Encounter and I would recommend avoiding it and travelling to have a better stay.」

「The room was clean. The couch was too low for me to easily get up from. They did bring a chair that I could sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered little for gluten and dairy free. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was small and hard to move about in it. The bed was comfortable. It's very close to the Ark Encounter, which was great.」

「The property was within driving range for our planned activities. Our problem had to do with the family above us. There were 3 children that stomped or marched from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm. Multiple visits to the room was made by the staff, nothing helped.」

「I arrived at 12:15 am to check in. No one was there!!!! I called the telephone # 5 times and no one answered!!! I had already paid for the room on line so I asked a lady where the desk clerk was. She said she may be in the restroom. I continued to wait and 30 minutes passed no desk clerk. The manager of the Red Roof told another employee to check me in after 45 minutes had passed.
