「Friendly Clean」

「The property was convenient to the Ark Encounter, which was the purpose of our reserving the hotel. We had a hard time with the TV, very limited options, and we could not use the cast system. There was a parking charge for this hotel, which was minimal, but this was not explained prior to our visit. 「great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay.」

「Place was a dump. My room looked like it had been previously broken into. The deadbolt was one that was added on & was difficult to work. The floors were filthy, with hair & dirt everywhere. I didn't ever touch the floor with my bare feet.」

「On the 2 nights we stayed there a bad storm came through and the power was out for the duration of time we were there. Fortunately, There was a back up generator which kicked on immediately, but the problem was we had no cell service or computer service for the entire 2 days and nights. We were there to attend shows in Branson where the rest of our group were staying. Unfortunately since we could not communicate by email or cell phone to connect with our friends, we had no choice but to go on...

「This road side very old motel in our opinion was not at all as advertised. And for Expeidia to have it listed is not acceptable. After deciding to not stay I've been charged $103.05 fee I would not have spent 2 nights there if they paid us! This needs to be resolved」
