"We chose to stay at this property while visiting Holland for tulip time. It was nice to get away from the crowds to stay at this property. It was so new and updated with cute decor. The breakfast had a decent number of options. The pool was nice and the salt water was so much nicer than chlorine! Overall it was a nice stay and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. "

"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."

"Don’t really understand why a fully handicap accessible room is on the 3rd floor, I cringe if I need to use the stairs as I am currently in a wheelchair. But other than that, very good overall "
