「Pool was gross, rusty windows & to much chlorine. Staff was rude during check in & check out. Through my license on the counter & did not tell us about the breakfast, locations of things around the hotel. Water foundation outside doesn’t work & is full of stale grime water. I will never stay at Monte Carlo inns ever again & will never recommend them to anyone.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and local activities/events that were happening during our stay, The breakfast is great - a full hot breakfast with many options to choose from. The location is ideal - close to the highway and plenty of shopping nearby.」

「Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff.」

「We picked this property because it was near enough to a festival / concert my partner and I were attending in the area and the hotel seemed to offer a considerable value for the reasonable room rate. Upon arrival, we understood why the rate was attractive -- the property appeared to have been largely neglected, at least in terms of the grounds and gardening.
