「Looks like the property has been recently upgraded Rooms were very good, clean, newly upgraded. Staff were miserable. At check in it appeared we were inconvenienceing them. Over three days only saw the breakfast girl smile. One day the cleaners did not close the room door properly so it was left open, unlocked. When I spoke with the cleaner they just shrugged. Have stayed in other Monte Carlos in the past and they were excellent. Don't know what was up with this staff.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「When calling the front desk, no answer or response after leaving voice mail. We had to go to the front desk to actually to get service. Wifi didn't work. Washroom was damp and had poor ventilation. Expensive for what we got. Restaurant not open on Tuesdays and only 1 other option available in vicinity.」
