「We were on biking trip and they gave us a perfect room to bring our bikes into room!」

「No air conditioning but the staff was very helpful and got us a fan which cooled down the room very fast! 」

「We asked for handicap. We did receive first floor. The air conditioning on high cool when first arrived-9pm. It was cold in room. We turned heat on- there is no regulation on cooling or heating- so then hot in room. The beds are very firm, hard on back. The breakfast was wonderful all items- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. That was the very best breakfast served. Area is in a quiet area. 」

「We arrived to find a very disappointing room—the photos on Expedia did NOT match the actual room (photos were of a lake view suite with fireplace; the room we were in (for over $300) was a tiny full bed and bathroom overlooking the parking lot). The staff tried to make it right and got us into the pictured room the following night. Expedia, as usual, was no help at all. I’m kinda done with Expedia.」

「Clean, contemporary, very nice room and property. Would have liked a hot tub. Also, couldn't find regular, 2% milk at breakfast. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel, GPS was confused 🤔.」

「Check in and check out process was smooth and easy for it being completely hands off. The room was as advertised. Very beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couples getaway. Amenities available to the guests were great - Duluth Coffee is delicious. 」
