「Staff was excellent let’s start with that. Room AC did not work so were given another room after worker confirmed it was broken all within mins. Which was great because I had been driving all day and needed to relax and get some sleep. It is a 2 star stay but the staff brought it up to a 3 Star.」

「All staff we encountered were so welcoming and friendly from the guys at the front door to the front desk. It’s a great location, very walkable to shopping and restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself, while beautiful could use some TLC to spruce it up. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wine and cheese reception and cookies were a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay. 」

「The room was nice and clean, the ac worked great, and the hotel staff was friendly. Its 15 minutes from the historic district of Savannah, so its nice and close for folks willing to drive and pay to park there rather than dishing out tons of money for a hotel in the district itself.」
