「The bed was great. Nice sheets, good pillows, and comforter. Very clean bathroom and tub. The location was perfect. Corktown is cute with nice restaurants nearby. There was a little coffee bar downstairs and the latte was very good. There is a fire pit with chairs to sit around outside.i would definitely come back here.」

「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
