I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「The room was older, but very spacious. I couldn't get the hot water hot enough in the tub, but the shower could get as hot as you want. The shower area was pretty small and the lighting wasn't great (no overhead light in the shower). But the room was big, the living room was very big for a hotel. I liked the staff at the front desk as well as the woman making the omelets in the morning. I really enjoyed the space and the staff enough to make this 5 stars.」
